Andrea Jane Corr, MBE Andrea Jane Corr, MBE is an Irish singer-songwriter and musician. Corr, along her fellow members Caroline Sharon and Jim, began their career in the role of The Corrs' lead singer in 1990. Andrea Corr, an Irish singer, musician and songwriter is a member of the Corrs. She is best known as the lead singer of The Celtic-folk, pop rock and Celtic folk group The Corrs. The singer also sings with The Corrs, and is able to play multiple instruments. Andrea began her career acting in 1991. Later, she became a musician and stage artist. Andrea was voiced by the character of The Quest for Camelot, the first Warner Bros. cartoon film which was released in 1998. Andrea has six studios albums to her name, along with two compilation albums as well as four live albums, and an album of mix. Andrea was also honored for her work in charity. Andrea is engaged to her boyfriend, a stockbroker and has two kids. Andrea began her music lessons with the tin whistle. Andrea learned how to perform the piano under the tutelage of Gerry. Andrea is also an musician on the ukulele. She polished her musical skills throughout her teens. The teenage years she spent honing her musical skills. Andrea studied at 'Dun Lughaidh Convent which is where she was a frequent participant in school shows.
